A: You can purchase products from an Avroy Shlain Beauty Advisor in your area. If you do not know a Beauty Advisor in your area, please let us know in which area you stay.
Q2: I am looking for a Beauty Advisor in my area.
A: Please contact the Regional Director in your area. She will be able to put you in contact with a Beauty Advisor from whom you can purchase.
Q3: How do I join Avroy Shlain?

A: Thank you for your interest in becoming a model for Avroy Shlain. We conduct a model search only when needed for a specific project. We will be conducting model searches in the future as and when a new project arises, so please keep an eye on our Facebook page as we will post all the relevant details there.
Q12: After I’ve filled in the online form to become a beauty advisor, what must I do next?
A: Once your form has been completed and submitted it is passed onto the respective Regional Director (RD) for your specific area. You will need to wait on a call from either the Regional Director or the Area Distributor, they will be in contact with you.
Q13: I filled in the online form to join, but nobody has responded to me. What must I do?
A: Please call our customer service line on 0860-114-182 and one of our service agents will happily assist you.
Q14: How long does Avroy Shlain take to deliver?
A: Depending on the area as our deliveries are area specific it could take anything from 48HRS to a week. Should you need to follow up on an order you may contact our customer service line on 0860-114-182 and one of our service agents will happily assist you.
Q15: Can you please give me some advice on which product to use for my skin?
A: This is a very specific question, a blanket response cannot be given based on the diagnosis of the client’s skin.
Q16: I have a complaint about a product I ordered. It is broken / not working / faulty.
A: Please contact the Beauty Advisor from whom you purchased and request a refund or a replacement. They will be able to assist you. If you have further problems, please contact our customer service center on 0860-114-182. If you are a Beauty Advisor, please contact your AD and give them the faulty product. They will replace / refund you.
